Ghostonix Partnership Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 10, 2025

Entity: Ghostonix Global Holdings LLC

By applying to or participating in the Ghostonix Partnership Program (the “Program”), including both the Ambassador Program and the Partner Network, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read carefully before accepting.

1. Eligibility

Must be at least 18 years old (or legal majority in your jurisdiction).
Application approval is at the sole discretion of Ghostonix Global Holdings LLC (“Ghostonix”).
Ghostonix reserves the right to decline or terminate any applicant without cause and/or prior notice.

2. Program Participation

Ambassadors: Individuals (artists, influencers, creators).
Partners: Companies, agencies, organizations.
Participation begins only after written approval by Ghostonix.
Referral codes and links remain property of Ghostonix at all times.

3. Commission & Payments

Commission rates, structures, and payout schedules are determined solely by Ghostonix.
Payments are made via bank transfer, Stripe, or other methods chosen by Ghostonix.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Ghostonix reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputes.

4. Discounts & Codes

Referral codes/links are for approved, legitimate promotion only.
No resale, transfer, or unauthorized use.
Clients using codes receive discounts as defined by Ghostonix.
Ghostonix may modify or cancel discounts at any time without prior notice.

5. Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

Engage in spam, misleading advertising, fake referrals, bots, or click fraud.
Misrepresent Ghostonix, its services, or its brand.
Register domains, social handles, or content that contain Ghostonix trademarks.
Offer unauthorized incentives or rebates tied to Ghostonix referrals.

6. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Participants are solely responsible for complying with all tax, registration, and business requirements in their jurisdiction.
By submitting an application, you confirm that you are a legitimate individual or entity authorized to conduct business and pay all applicable taxes and fees in your jurisdiction.
Ghostonix is not responsible for reporting, collecting, or remitting your taxes.
If Ghostonix determines, through review or investigation, that your participation is unlawful or non-compliant with your jurisdiction’s requirements, Ghostonix reserves the right under U.S. law to suspend your referral code/account and withhold pending payments as/if required by law.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Ghostonix logos, designs, brand names, and program materials remain the sole property of Ghostonix.
Limited license granted for approved marketing purposes only.
No ownership or rights are transferred to participants.

8. Termination

Ghostonix may suspend and/or terminate participation at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, without prior notice.
Termination voids all unpaid or pending commissions if cause is related to fraud, violation, or abuse.
Participant may withdraw at any time with written notice; however, commissions may be forfeited if pending review.

9. Liability & Indemnification

Ghostonix is not liable for technical issues, downtime, lost profits, or errors in tracking.
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ghostonix, its affiliates, and officers from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation.
Maximum liability of Ghostonix under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to participant in the prior 3 months.

10. Modifications

Ghostonix may update, revise, or terminate this Agreement at any time, without prior notice.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modifications.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, State of New Mexico.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
